The Masaka Resource Centre for the Blind (MRCB), established by Rwanda Union of the Blind (RUB), supports people with visual impairment through learning, rehabilitation and practical skills that promote independence.
Learning and rehabilitation
The Centre’s described areas of support include:
- Braille literacy and learning skills
- Orientation, mobility and daily living skills
- Rehabilitation and confidence building
- Assistive technology and pathways to work
A pathway to independence
